This position provides employment assistance through career counseling and employment development to individuals in the Jewish community who have been downsized, laid off, or searching for a new career opportunity. Experience with one-to-one employment case management assisting a wide variety of individuals with diverse professional skill sets. Excitement with creating job search planning and assisting participants in achieving employment related goals and outcomes. The Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and establishing partnerships within the Jewish community as well as networking and marketing. Respectful understanding of Jewish culture and experience with Jewish community resources a must.
